After 39 years in the chemical industry, Steve Morton brings a wealth of experience and proven leadership to help organizations and individuals reach their full potential. He began his career as an operations technician and rose through the ranks to become Vice President of Operations for a global leader in industrial gases. He later served as COO of StratosFuel, where he led the design of a liquid hydrogen production facility and secured long-term off take agreements.

Over the course of his career, Steve has managed complex chemical processing facilities, led national Safety, Environmental & Health initiatives, and has overseen operations teams responsible for ensuring the safe and reliable performance of production sites across the U.S. He also led Productivity and Lean Six Sigma programs focused on driving continuous improvement.

Steve’s expertise spans leadership development, coaching and mentoring, employee training,  process efficiency, and safe chemical facility operations.
