After 36 years as a leader in the chemical industry, Steve Morton has developed the skills and the experience necessary to support organizations and individuals in reaching their fullest potential. Steve began his career as an operations technician and progressed to the role of Vice President of Operations, where he led the US operations of a world-class leader in the industrial gases industry. Throughout his career, Steve managed chemical process facilities, led the national Safety, Environmental and Health organization, and oversaw a team responsible for the safe and reliable operation of facilities across the country. Additionally, Steve led the Productivity and Lean Six Sigma teams on the journey to continuous improvement. With this experience, Steve has the competence to aid organizations in mentoring/coaching, employee development and training, process control and efficiency, and safely managing chemical process facilities.

 This is why he started Connexus Consulting, to help organizations and individuals progress in their journey.
